Does O.L.A. Immigration use any specific case management software?

Our clients decide which applications or software to use for their firm's case management. Our legal assistants are experienced in the use of tools such as: Clio, E-immigration, Docketwise, Neutrinet, INSzoom, MyCase, BlueDot and Prima Facie. 

What happens if my legal assistant is absent?

We are a team! If your firm's assigned legal assistant must temporarily miss work for any reason , O.L.A. Immigration will provide a substitute legal assistant for the firm to provide coverage during the absence. 

How will my service be billed with O.L.A Immigration?

O.L.A. Immigration charges a monthly retainer fee. You can choose between a part-time or full-time legal assistant, and the monthly fee covers a maximum number of hours of work, which are tracked in our clockify and quickbooks platforms. Our monthly fee is fixed and includes the cost of your legal assistant, a case manager who oversees all of your legal assistant's work to ensure quality results, training, and updates on immigration matters. 

How does the law firm/legal assistant relationship work?

Your legal assistant will have direct contact with you and will plan his/her/their activities to meet your firm's goals. You will also have direct contact with the case manager assigned to supervise your legal assistant, whose role will be to address your concerns regarding quality and administrative issues. 

All issues related to payment for services will be handled directly by O.L.A. Immigration's financial staff.
