One of our virtual paralegals is available to assist you with a one-time service or for longer-term ongoing legal assistance, all billed on a contract basis. How does OLA Operate?

  • Phone

    OLA Immigration utilizes VoIP software with a US phone number. That means your practice can forward any incoming calls to us for reception assistance. OLA is also able to make outbound calls utilizing a US phone number.

  • Document Collection

    Our company utilizes Microsoft Office programs (OneDrive) for the collection of documents. Using a different platform for your practice?  Our staff is well-versed in immigration software and can quickly adapt to your practice’s case management software with ease.

  • Case Preparation

    OLA Immigration utilizes Adobe Acrobat Pro for the preparation of immigration forms and merging of the completed immigration filing. Your practice will receive a PDF of a completed immigration case for your review, signature, and filing. If preferred, OLA can also use your practice’s case management software for form preparation and client contact.

  • Instant Communication

    We highly recommend using Microsoft Teams to chat instantly with your OLA Assistant! Each OLA Assistant also has their own VoIP phone line for direct contact via calls and text message.
